Stormwater

Stormwater

Stormwater is water which collects on areas such as footpaths, driveways and roads after heavy rainfall. Stormwater flows into gutters before entering council drainage systems.

If you see stormwater drains overflowing, please contact your local council. Stormwater drains are a local council responsibility, and SA Water is not involved in their installation, upgrade or maintenance.

We’re improving your services and undertaking maintenance work in Ridgehaven. Sometimes our crews need to temporarily interrupt the water supply to our customers and/or manage traffic while they are working. Temporary traffic management may remain in place until reinstatement of the impacted road is complete. We always aim to minimise inconvenience by restoring services as safely and quickly as we can.
